Yes, we offer lifetime warranty on products purchased from our approved retailers. If you have purchased from any of the below stores you will be eligible for lifetime warranty.
We recommend after purchase to register your warranty by scanning the QR code included in your Carl Friedrik product. If the QR code is not visible, you can register for warranty here.

Carl Friedrik products brought outside our approved retailers will not be eligible for lifetime warranty.
Please be advised that in order to proceed with a warranty claim, you will need to provide us with proof of purchase such as a store receipt (a bank statement can also be accepted).
